Attorney Amy Leerink earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University’s School of Management in Finance in May 1992, her law degree with honors from New England School of Law in May 1997, and an advanced law degree (LL.M.) in Tax from Boston University School of Law in May 2003.
Amy’s practice concentrates in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. She handles all aspects of probate and estate settlement cases, drafts Wills and Trusts in accordance with clients’ estate and tax planning goals, represents clients in probate court on issues including contested probate petitions and guardianship petitions. She prepares estate tax returns, gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns. She also serves as Trustee for numerous client trusts.
