Brian focuses his practice on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions for the firm. Brian has extensive experience representing a diverse clientele which ranges from first time residential home buyers to sophisticated commercial real estate investors. Whether you are selling or purchasing a one bedroom condominium or a 24 million dollar commercial property, Brian has the knowledge and the expertise to address the unique concerns of each client to ensure that every transaction is a seamless one. Brian handles every aspect of his client’s needs from the negotiation of the Purchase and Sale Agreement to well past closing. Brian is also experienced in coordinating 1031 tax deferred exchanges, orchestrating small to large scale condominium conversion projects, resolving complex title issues and handling short sale negotiations. Brian is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as a Commissioner of Deeds for the State of New Hampshire. Brian has been with the firm since 2007 and during that time he has built up a great reputation in the local market with fellow attorneys, lenders and real estate agents alike.
