Estate Planning, Trust & Estates

The firm will assist you in planning for the distribution of assets at death and minimizing or eliminating Massachusetts and federal estate taxes. For clients with taxable estates, we will provide advice on estate tax planning techniques and strategies including marital deduction/credit shelter trusts and irrevocable life insurance trusts. Probate

The firm works closely with the fiduciary in the administration of the estate, and the payment of all obligations, distributions and taxes.  We will accomplish the release of estate tax liens to clear the title to real estate to effectuate its sale.
